That's a lot of wool!
Get your toesies ready for winter! Reports came in today that Williamstown, MA resident Sally McIntyre ran across the entire state of Massachusetts, shaving every sheep she laid eyes on.
“I’ve been planning this for 15 years” said Sally, “I ran track all through high school and college just to train to run across Massachusetts so I could shave every single sheep I came across.” McIntyre, a graduate of Williams College, ran through every town in Massachusetts armed with steel Bic clippers. She collected all of the wool in a giant velvet sack, ultimately carrying it back to her home near the Berkshires.
Many are speculating on what Sally plans to do with the wool. As of right now, the top two theories are that it's either for a whole lotta socks, or that she is going to knit sweaters for every member of the Boston Bruins.
Excited to see how this one plays out!
