A great deal for a great cause.
It’s not everyday that a corporate giant steps up to the plate and does something to combat the severe racial inequality that plagues America. Today, however, FedEx Office (formerly FedEx Kinkos) has announced that they will give a ten percent discount on their lamination services, provided that the customer is a direct relative of Martin Luther King Jr.
“It’s the least we can do. MLK did so much to advance the civil rights movement. Just as there was no limit to the amount of adversity he was willing to face, there will be no limit to the amount of pages we will laminate at a 10% discount," said Frederick W. Smith, chairman and founder of FedEx.
If you are in fact a direct descendent of Martin Luther King Jr., there is no need to rush in to take advantage of this offer. FedEx has made it very clear that this deal is permanent. Furthermore, the discount will be honored at any and all FedEx Office branches.
Wow! Thanks a lot FedEx, you’re doing great work.
